O Programa das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento (PNUD), coletou e analisou dados buscando avaliar o bem-estar da população global, buscando comparar indicadores como riqueza, alfabetização, educação, esperança de vida, natalidade, saúde, entre outros.
Diante deste cenário, a Faculdade Bertioga-FABE, tem contribuído para elevar a discussão sobre o cenário nacional e internacional com a realização anual de seu Congresso, envolvendo diferentes abordagens e estudos.
Em especial, no ano de 2023, o denominado Congrefac - Políticas Públicas e Direitos Fundamentais, destacou-se por conferências distintas e pela apresentação de proeminentes trabalhos.
Os destacados trabalhos, resultados de pesquisas e análises qualitativas, após apresentados, foram submetidos para apreciação de conceituados acadêmicos, e publicados nesta Obra.
O sucesso desta iniciativa da FABE é exemplificado pela vasta produção, que justificou a divisão dos textos em dois Volumes.
No Volume II, concentrado neste Livro, os temas contemplam as Políticas Públicas e os Direitos Fundamentais em Perspectivas Ambientais, Internacionais e Digitais.
Neste contexto, os assuntos trazidos revelam aprofundados estudos sobre a governança ambiental global e as perspectivas diante da agenda 2030 da ONU, o projeto de lei que trata das fake news, a agenda 2030 da ONU e ESG, os métodos consensuais para solução de conflitos socioambientais, a tecnologia blockchain, a privacidade e a segurança de dados, a aplicação do compliance ambiental na celebração do ANPP em caso de descarte ilegal de lixo hospitalar, o cenário da proteção de dados, da privacidade e da LGPD no Brasil, e a democracia, as fake news e a cultura do cancelamento.
Igualmente, de forma qualificada, o Volume II é integrado por Capítulos que englobam o papel do gestor na implantação de uma usina fotovoltaica de 1mw, a conexão ininterrupta ao trabalho, com uma reflexão sobre a hiperconectividade, e o direito à desconexão, o transconstitucionalismo ambiental e a Constituição brasileira de 1988, a análise das condições jurídicas e sociais dos refugiados do Afeganistão em Guarulhos e Praia Grande, e a comunicação como bem público, com os marcos legais e redes de ação na arena política.
