Recently, the Constitutional Court, through a consultation made by the former President of the Republic, established a series of non-binding recommendations to the Congress of the Republic, but which are enforced to guarantee the common good or general welfare of the population, since the abuse of the interpellation of the ministers of State causes delays in the provision of essential public services. Although it is a constitutional figure focused on supervising the quality of public expenditure made in the Ministries as executing units, it is necessary that everything is performed under principles focused on achieving the general welfare of the inhabitants of the State. It would be necessary for the Congress of the Republic to analyze the recommendations estimated by the Constitutional Court, since they are considered and poured focused on the weighting of protected legal assets, in the provision of public services, which focuses on the protection of the person and the achievement of the common good.
