The author tells the story of how he went from working fulltime nights while in high school to earning a Masters' Degree. He describes how he went from a Private to Lieutenant Colonel, and Commanding a Squadron of over 400 Marines. Went from not speaking a word of English, to holding a Top Secret Clearance and becoming Deputy Director, Operations and Intelligence Division at Naval Space Command. He went from arriving in this country with nothing, to a solid military career and living the American Dream.
