Polyvinyl butyral laminated glass is in high demand in the manufacturing sector because to its unique qualities, which include impact load bearing capability, transparency, toughness with hardness and heat resistance. Non-traditional methods are used in the machining of polyvinyl butyral laminated glass material. These methods do have some drawbacks, though, in terms of poor surface quality (cracks, delamination, bevelness) and machining quality such as, material removal rate, tool wear rate, hole deviation. A decrease in the product's machined surface quality is the outcome of these faults.
