After her husband of 42 years died unexpectedly, her best friend of sixty years encouraged her to start writing, which she was good at in high school and college. So, she dreamed up her fictional character, Savannah, and wrote her first whodunit book about an RN hired as a private duty nurse aboard a yacht in the Bahamas, where a murder occurs. She self-published the book on Amazon in March 2025.
Connie lives in South Florida with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Bailey.
