Tux Munce is a fictional Wilmington writer who wrote only one novel, Willow Run, about the infamous lynching that occurred at Price's Corner in 1903. Munce interacts and writes about real literary figures who once lived near Wilmington, Delaware like Harry Kemp, and F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald. He also writes about local real life people like Alice Dunbar-Nelson, Pauline Young, Weeping Joe Smoleki, 3 Gun Wilson, and Charles and Eleanor Bostwick, as well as local jazz singers Daisy Winchester and Crash Peyton.
