This book is a guide for couples seeking to enhance their sexual intimacy and bond. The author, Grace Gary, shares her experiences of her marriage to Grace, which began with a strong bond in college. However, their relationship began to deteriorate as Grace began exhibiting discomfort and avoiding sexual activity. Gary tried to understand and accept her feelings, while Grace's attitude towards sexual activity deteriorated. The tension within their relationship increased, leading to more disagreements and a sense of disconnection.
Grace's long-standing problems with sexuality, stemming from traumatic experiences and societal constraints, further complicated their relationship. Despite the love and support she received from Gary, Grace struggled to embrace her sexuality and share herself with her husband. As their marriage came to an end, they decided to split. The time they spent apart allowed them to contemplate their actions and how they might have handled the problems that led to their estrangement.
Grace sought therapy to confront her past traumas and opposing views on sexuality. The book provides a variety of sexual positions and strategies to assist couples in enjoying their communication and enjoyment in the bedroom.
