S.H.E. Sustaining Her Essence is a book of poetry dedicated to women; their growth, their healing, their beauty, their essence. It's purpose is to help women heal from past hurts and move forward to a brighter tomorrow. Some of the poems are stories, both the author's and some women she has met thoroughout her life, some only in spirit.
