Each Chapter talks about how to use a specific stack size and while Wallace notes that the reader can skip the math section and just use his advice, the math and logic are provided for those who are curious. He backs up every one of his assertions with numbers that show why these techniques work.
Sample hands are also provided for each stack size, as well as a a simple system for the push/fold section that saves the reader from memorizing endless charts. Game Theory Optimal push/fold charts are also provided, but after learning Wallace's simple system, there will be no reason to spend time memorizing them.
