Resistirse a continuar con la instrucción divina provocó que la tierra no fuera capaz de ejecutar adecuadamente la potencia de la Palabra, y vio Dios que era bueno, palabra con la cual se habÃa certificado que la Creación fue diseñada para traer bienestar al hombre.La maldición se potencia por la palabra hablada, y se presenta en forma de formulación de mal, que detiene el proceso de funcionamiento original de la Creación.
En palabras del apóstol Pablo, la maldición es una condición de sujeción a vanidad, Porque las criaturas sujetas fueron a vanidad, no de grado, mas por causa del que las sujetó con esperanza, Romanos 8:20La maldición es un estado de degradación fÃsica y espiritual en el que entra una persona o una región, en virtud de la declaración de maldición que sobre ella ha recaÃdo.
