Milton R. Restituyo, M.Ed., is a seasoned educator with over 37 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language to children, teens, and adults across all levels. A graduate of Rutgers University and a doctoral candidate in education at Bradley University, he is also the founder of Broad Language Institute. Originally from the Dominican Republic and long established in the United States-where he has completed all his higher education-Professor Restituyo is passionate about breaking language barriers through innovative methods-including the use of music and linguistic analysis. His mission is to help English learners move beyond memorized grammar rules to truly understand the language.
