Hay dos cosas importantes en la vida: salud y felicidad, más una tercera, el dinero este último no da la felicidad, pero calma los nervios. Si eres capaz de manejar las tres para sentirte feliz, debes de cuidar las tres, porque tú y solo tú, tienes el poder de cuidarlas para que te sientas feliz.
Dónde encontrar la felicidad?
La felicidad es lo que está en ti, en cada paso que das, en cada momento que vives, en cada decisión que tomas, en cada problema que solucionas; el camino no es fácil, tiene muchas piedras, charcos y obstáculos imprevistos, el secreto está en saber allanar tu camino, él es tu vida y ahi está tu felicidad.

Ignacio Caso Fernández nació en Asturias España, vivió en el campo trabajando desde niño en labores de agricultura y ganaderÃa.
En julio de 1969 a los 17 años se mudó a la ciudad Gijón - España, donde comenzó a trabajar de peón de albañil y entró a estudiar en el centro San Eutiquio de Cimadevilla, aprendió el oficio de soldador y otras ramas afines a la metalúrgica, trabajó en empresas de montajes industriales y en astilleros.
En enero de 1971 se trasladó a Mallorca en busca de nuevas aventuras y trabajó en el Hotel Calma en Can Pastilla de ayudante de camarero, a finales de año regresó a Gijón y siguió trabajando en astilleros.
En abril de 1972 se alistó voluntario en la Brigada Paracaidista del Ejército de España. En enero de 1974 regresó a la vida civil, y trabajó en montajes industriales en el Aaiún Sahara y en Puentes de GarcÃa RodrÃguez, La Coruña.
En abril de 1975 emigró a Bolivia, comenzó a trabajar de mecánico y soldador en un taller en Santa Cruz, posteriormente trabajó en ventas de soldaduras especiales, y se dedicó a la enseñanza de formación de soldadores calificados en varios centros de enseñanza del estado y particulares.
Participó en varios cursos de administración, comercio y otros afines al comercio y la industria en la Cámara de industria y comercio (CAINCO) cursos a cargo de la Universidad UPSA. En 1981 abrió su propia empresa de comercio internacional.
Participó como actor en varias series de televisión y modelo publicitario para spot en TV, revistas, periódicos y otros. Hoy por fases del destino se dedica a la rama inmobiliaria.
