Do you enjoy campfire stories?
Whether you find them creditable or not, this book is my recollection of events that occurred in my Teens and 20's that range the gamut from Synchronistic to Fantastic. After each story will be my insights that have come with time. What is a rational explanation of the event? What dose my gut tell me really happened? Finally I explain the mind-set that allowed that experience to take place.
Synchronicity is something we have all experienced to one degree or another. Its' roots are as simple as an unusual coincidence. You may or may not have recognized it when it happened, but I know all of you can think back to a situation that was odd enough that you did remember to remember. As you build up these recollections, you climb the tree of recognition and the meanings branch out, eventually terminating in leaves and flowers. That is what these stories are. leaves and flowers. Once you get to the point of being able to see the leaves and flowers of your own experience, you can enjoy them for what they are, or decide to look up and focus on what is out there beyond the tree.
With so many self-help manuals in the wild, I want to move beyond the paradigm of explaining who, what, how and when to do things. Rigid systems lead to rigid understandings.
- First and foremost I hope to entertain you with my stories.
- Whether you believe them or not, I hope the wisdom of my simple advice is evident and can be implemented in your daily life.
- Ideally you will chisle some cracks in the brick wall of perception that we all build to make living in humanities' shared, but simplistic reality easier.
- For those of you who read this, and accomplish any part of that, I would Love to hear your stories and insight as well.
- Finally, for those of you that have seen far more than me, I hope this gives you a chance to remember what it was like to be a Neophyte, and find this a useful tool in guiding others
This book is here to entertain. Even if you will never believe, the stories are if nothing else, are good camp-fire tales. I do believe the simple advise preceded by my long winded stories are powerful tools. They are a core to being able to experience a more well rounded and conscious life. No matter how you implement them, they have value. My only wish is that everyone can use them in their own unique way.
