A Survivor's Recollections of the Whitman Massacre is a memoir written by Matilda J. Sager Delaney in 1920. The book recounts the tragic events of the Whitman Massacre, which took place in 1847 in what is now Washington State. The massacre resulted in the deaths of 14 people, including Marcus and Narcissa Whitman, who were missionaries to the Cayuse tribe. Matilda J.
