In the present study the effect of adding tin dioxide nano-fibers on sound propagation in concrete be examined. One of the ways that concrete can be used as insulating and sound-absorbing concrete reinforcement is by nano-material. In general, a public division, production of nano-materials into three categories: nano-particles, nano-fibers, nano-layers are divided. production of nano fibers that some of them, including stretching method, separation of multi-component fibers, molding method, tail, phase separation, self-assembly of macro-molecules, etc. are electro spun. The results of studies carried out by researchers active in the field of nano-fibers, electro-spinning process excellence compared to other methods is obtained. Electro-spinning process in terms of production speed, diversity, continuity, simplicity, cost and commercialization of the other methods is preferred.
