Adequate nutrition is essential for the growth and development of adolescents, especially during their crucial growth years. However, many rural areas often face nutrition disparities, particularly among adolescent girls, leading to poor health outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the impact of a nutrition education initiative on the dietary habits and nutritional knowledge of rural adolescent girls. The study uses a quasi-experimental design, where the intervention group receives nutrition education, and the comparison group does not. The results of this study will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of nutrition education programs in improving the dietary habits and nutritional knowledge of rural adolescent girls, thereby promoting better health outcomes.
