There's Always Hope is a fictionalized story of actual events. The story revolves around college graduation day for Hope as she looks back at her life and the struggles and issues she encountered when her parents divorced. The story begins when Hope is five years old. It continues to address her parents' divorce, the issues faced by the parents and the child, a friend coming into Hope's life to help with these issues, her parents finding new partners in life, and Hope's final acceptance of her life's circumstances. Many feel children are not affected by the divorce of their parents and Hope feels they are. Divorce is not fatal, but children may need some help in overcoming the struggles they encounter with this life situation. This book tells the story with insight and gentle words to help identify some of those struggles.
