These Words Leave Scars

We all have our scars, don't we?

Scars define us-marked flesh, etched tapestries of tissue. But scars can form on the inside, too. This collection of short stories is intended to leave you with scars of the mental variety. Each tale is an open wound and I invite you to come with me and explore them, gash to gash.

A nomadic vagabond seeking acceptance, a woman enslaved in a dark pocket dimension to something with carnal appetites, a mermaid swimming her last lap in a dying ocean, and so many other little bruises and lacerations, stories that slip into your brain and explore like a rotating knife.

You'll read and you'll bleed, and the scars will remain.
