Thanksgiving has always been one of my absolute favorite holidays. It's a wonderful time to spend with family and stuff yourself with delicious food. I wrote, Tio Tito Tries Tofurkey for families to enjoy a good laugh together! My mother and I are vegetarian and are pretty used to getting picked on for our tofurkey, veggie burgers and soy sandwich meat! I truly hope that both veggie lovers and meat eaters can enjoy a hearty giggle with this silly story.
