A father and his two daughters open up in a family-style podcast, breaking down, without filters, everything that keeps us asleep: conditioning, systems, religions, medicine that maintains illness, autopilot couples, screen addiction, fear of death, underused sexuality, disconnected masculine/feminine, fake well-being and real collective numbness.
They talk about everything we usually avoid:

- health hijacked by chemicals and fear of the body;
- sacred solitude in a world zombified by smartphones;
- the necessity to finally shine, even if it means losing a few illusions and a few people along the way.
The tone is raw, sometimes provocative, always embodied. Philippe doesn't theorize, he tells what he has lived in his skin and his heart, what he dared, across more than forty years of adventures and experiences, what he lost... and what he gained in inner freedom.

Who is the author?
Philippe, in his sixties, adventurer of both the visible and the invisible, has spent the last decades roaming the world and the depths of himself: Himalayas, Bangladesh, deep dives, nights with no safety net, years of inner deconstruction.
He describes himself as a grain of sand, but a conscious grain.
Unvaccinated, openly critical of the system, he embraces a free voice, not to make noise, but to transmit what life has taught him, far from dogmas and gurus.
His two daughters, Louna and Lucy, challenge him, nuance him, sometimes contradict him: the result is a living, three-voiced book-dialogue anchored in different sensibilities.
