But when Slow-Mo the Sloth proudly brings his favorite Green Algae Smoothie, Hop the Kangaroo blurts out, YUCK! and refuses to touch it.
Slow-Mo looks hurt.
Milo the Chameleon turns a sad soft blue.
The picnic doesn't feel cozy when we judge what our friends like to eat.
That's when Slow-Mo introduces a simple and respectful idea - the No-Thank-You Bite. With one tiny taste from a very small spoon, the friends learn that trying something new is a kind way to show respect, even if it's not their favorite.
