Cataphrase movie book of the year for 2018 Description After Neil Kenneth Bull, a retired Marine sniper, is sworn in as president of the United States, he begins a new life in the White House with his wife and three children. Three months later, he signs a bill that bans the relatives of any foreign terrorists from entering the United States.
