Darrell (WindWalker) Scarrett is an Aboriginal poet/word artist born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.In the earlier stages of his writing career an Aboriginal elder, after reading Darrell's poetry, observed: He must walk upon the wind to gather the words he shares with people; much like the eagle that soars in the sky bringing back wisdom from the Creator.Thus the name WindWalker was bestowed upon him.
