ABOUT THE BOOK
Why is it important for us to study Israel as they journeyed through the wilderness? It is because though many left Egypt with a promise of coming to the promised land they died in the wilderness because of their failure to handle the tests that life threw their way.
Many today have greater promises from God and if they do not know how to handle what life throws at them then they could easily die in their wildernesses without having experienced the goodness of God in the land of the living. As we look at Israel in the wilderness we will be in a better position to know what we should do and what we should not do if we are to ever come into the reality of the divine blessings God has AHEAD of us. The wisdom you will receive in this material should enable you to pass the tests of the wildernesses so that you may enjoy the promised blessings God has for you without having to die in your wildernesses like many of the children of Israel.
