You can't go wrong with Dan Wright's latest collection, The Unheard Music. I enjoyed so many things in this book, from the tight, compact muscularity of 'Video Game Rental' to the dark and sharp 'I Hope Whoever Took My Anti-Depressants Is Happy Now' to what might possibly be my favorite of all, 'Ain't It Just Like Norman Fucking Rockwell.' These poems deserve to be heard, so do yourself a favor and have a listen.
-John Burroughs, author of Rattle and Numb
and 2022-23 U.S. Beat Poet Laureate
Daniel W. Wright embraces a rock n' roll ethos, which shines through in his poetic stylings. He weaves together reflections on the social landscape, pop culture, the joys of friendship, and absurdity of everyday life, creating a colorful window into his unique world.
-Kyle Brandt-Lubart, co-author of It Made a Sound
