In 2001, I was estranged from my abusive husband. With God's help I had FINALLY created the means to financially support my children. What started out as a legitimate income tax filing business somehow turned into a house of cards. First, I began the slippery slope of offering certain services to other; then the friendly smiles and innocent questions from others as to how I ran my business and the particulars of the program I offered became more. My good intentions became twisted by others actions. Little did I know I would be caught up in a web of lies and faced with betrayal on various levels a few years later from those who were friends so close they were like family. Family also would add to the betrayal. Wolves come to devour, and I was ripe for the picking. When did the web of lies start? How did things go from black and white to various shades of grey? When did the greed of others lead to betrayal and the start of my downfall? How does a person do things and then not hold their own weight, but instead try to throw things off on someone else? From running and hiding from the Federal Marshalls, working for hours on end to cover my tracks while still trying to be a mother and protect my children and the ones in my care to finally ending up in Federal Prison based partly on the lies of others who were not solid enough to carry their own weigh; as well as my own misguided actions. I went from building myself up from the ground; having it all; to eventually losing what I had built. I watched my hard work and dedication go up in smoke. BUT GOD.... I emerge from the ashes by God's Grace! I am Jacqueline Kennedy, indicted as part of what the United States Government has labeled as One of the Largest Fictitious Employer Unemployment Fraud Schemes ever to be prosecuted causing a loss of over $8.7 MILLION and which spanned several states. I have been a Victim Labeled a Villain. But I am emerging Victorious. This is MY STORY!
