Gentlemen when it comes to understanding, evaluating, and healing the black woman, the first thing you must learn how to do is elevate your mind and your spirit. Focus on higher things and always remember that it's your responsibility to be a stable minded individual. As a collective, we must not intentionally bring instability or negativity into black women's lives. Keep in mind that many black women are going through a lot physically, emotionally, mentally, financially and spiritually. Therefore, it is essential for us as black men to provide guidance, stability, love and healing. We cannot leave it up to the black women in our community to solve the problems that are taking place within our culture. As black men, if we refuse to uplift ourselves and better our lives, we will never become the best version of ourselves.
