You're not alone; I've been there and I understand how isolating it can be when even your closest friends/family don't get it. In my first book, Words To Light My Way Home, I use poetry and personal stories as a way to reach out to you and so many others who may be wondering if there's any hope left. There is, but it's not magic by any means. I wish there was a one-size fits all kind of cure, but there's not.

It's not all doom and gloom. I use humor; all be it dark and snarky, as a way to get through the often constipating aspects of life, like adulting. Besides, humor is good medicine for your soul, right? Yay endorphins!
