This book contains five short stories about love and relationship, in circumstances of adversity and difficulty, such as those encountered by individuals who came from difficult family backgrounds. Each story explores a dilemma faced by the main character, which tests their coping capability to its limit. In the process, the reader gets to see inside unusual lives, lived on the edge; an enriching psychological journey which not only aims to entertain, but also to educate and change the lives of the reader for the better. The first story explores the dilemma of a pregnant women, involved with a married man. The second story describes the experience of a divorced man, who stumbles into a love-triangle with a married couple. The third story describes a four year old boy who is not loved by his parents. The fourth story is a description of a prehistoric battle, which shapes the hearts and minds of a defeated community for generations to come. And the final story describes t young man's first sex-love relationship, and its aftermath.
