This volume attempts what Chapman and Follansbee did for Mexico's postal district overprints of the 19th Century, except it deals with revenue issues of the 19th and 20th centuries. This work is presented in four volumes. Part One deals with Contribución Federal stamps of 1874-1929:
- Overprints for over 140 different districts: Everything from Acanceh to Zamora.
- Over 640 overprints fully illustrated.
- Different pricing for with talon vs. without talon.
- Different pricing for complete vs. partial overprint.
