By itself Om is inner-harmony music produced in a pentatonic scale--without tension or resolve. Soothing synthesized instrumentals combined with voices that intone the Om at the prescribed vibrations.
But on this audio program, we've added mind-technology to the music. When you're wide awake the cycle-per-second electrical activity of your brain registers in the beta range. When in an altered-state, you're in alpha--deeper is theta. Listening to Hypnotic Om, you'll also hear a clicking sound that begins in mid-beta and slows down over several minutes to deep alpha/theta. Your mind automatically links to the sound and follows it down into theta--the hypnogogic line--the visionary level that Albert Einstein claimed inspired all his theories.
