This is a story of how a new author set off on a dream to write and publish his first book. Along the way, he discovered a few important things about himself. He realized that most of his lifelong low self-esteem and self-doubt was actually his own creation. He discovered a long evidence trail of self-induced problems and soon noticed another trait. One that involved overcoming difficulties, holding on to his faith and showing immense generosity. Discipline, a desire to learn, and a refusal to give in to a slower pace of life in retirement led to a renewed love of writing and a passion to help other writers
