Comunicare Assertivamente significa innanzitutto capire che si è responsabili del proprio comportamento, non quello degli altri, questo non significa non curarsi del desiderio degli altri ma ascoltare per poi prendere la giusta decisione che sia frutto di una nostra scelta.
Allo stesso modo bisogna rispettare l'autonomia degli altri e accettare senza rancore le loro scelte proprio così come vorresti che le proprie venissero accettate.
Imparare a dire di no agli altri vuol dire si a se stessi e se dovessi dire no a te stesso stai sacrificando il tuo benessere e non saresti in grado di essere d'aiuto agli altri.
Comunichiamo tutti in un modo o nell'altro, ma pochissime persone sono in grado di sviluppare le giuste competenze.
Uno stile di comunicazione scorretto dà spesso luogo a incomprensioni e conflitti, soprattutto al primo contatto, ma se diventiamo consapevoli di questa dinamica, possiamo finalmente spezzare il circolo vizioso.
