Noé Téllez Reyes es Ingeniero Industrial en Química, con maestría en Sistemas Integrados de Gestión y Gestión de la Calidad Industrial. Lleva más de 35 años enfrentándose -sin perder la paciencia ni el sentido del humor- a organizaciones de todo tipo: desde la Cervecería Modelo (donde aprendió que los procesos sí pueden fluir), hasta el Instituto Mexicano del Petróleo (donde aprendió que los procesos también pueden explotar).
Ha trabajado en fábricas, laboratorios, dependencias públicas, organismos electorales y empresas que juran tener cultura de calidad, aunque no sepan explicarla. Ha pasado por la Fábrica de Papel Tuxtepec, el Instituto Federal Electoral y diversos laboratorios acreditados ante SINALP y la Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (ema), donde descubrió que el procedimiento más crítico casi nunca es el que está en el manual.
Coautor de patentes en sistemas de fluidos de perforación (sí, eso existe y es más interesante de lo que suena), ha diseñado e implementado sistemas integrados de gestión para empresas del sector petrolero, enfrentando más de una vez el dilema de cumplimos o realmente servimos?
Actualmente es Auditor ISO 9001 certificado y antiguamente fue Perito Ambiental certificado por el CONIQQ y formador de equipos de calidad que todavía lo saludan, cree firmemente que la gestión no debería requerir disfraces, que los indicadores deben servir para algo más que llenar dashboards, y que la calidad empieza cuando dejas de mentirte a ti mismo en una junta de resultados.
