The woman who is under the tyranny of a violent man perceives no way out of the relationship, they think their husband is almost a Almighty God and believed to not be able to fend for themselves with him. He makes her look like useless, silly, crazy, ugly, bland, fat ... constantly doubt her ideas and perceptions. The victim constantly hides what happens, and if the abuse is only psychological, it is difficult to realize what is going on. At home he is submissive, but has sporadic bursts. Sometimes he can have very exaggerated reactions to small things, continuous and intermittent, punishment and reinforcement creates a very strong dependence on women.
