As I've been working in many companies for the last twenty years, I have seen it all, and have the experience. It is very hard to find a good company to work for, and as I am a front line worker, I would like to share some experiences, and tips for the people to relate to, as well as help them to find the best work out there, by following your dreams. For the employers, I know the routine, however, it is time to change, and as you change, take a read on how employees think, for we have not all worked in such places to know.
