Stormer factory publications: 1) Workshop Manual part no. 0700606 and 2) the Illustrated Parts List part no. 0700601. The illustrated parts list is becoming increasingly more difficult to find on the secondary market and is often listed for sale at an extortionately high asking price making this combined publication a reasonably priced alternative for owners of these classic motocross motorcycles.
By 1974 A.J.S., now under the ownership of Norton Villiers, was in deep financial trouble and former A.J.S. Competition manager Fluff Brown was able to purchase the Stormer manufacturing rights plus the remaining spares from Norton Villiers and he resumed production of Stormer-based machines into the 1980's. Consequently, this publication will also be of interest to owners of those later models.
