It was found that patients receiving ZLN show significant increase in levels of Triglycerides, Indirect Bilirubin serum creatinine and shows slight increase in levels of Total Bilirubin, and SGPT and show significant decrease in HB levels. Patients receiving TLE drug combination shows significant increase in levels of SGPT, Indirect Bilirubin, serum creatinine and shows slight increase in levels of Total cholesterol, CD4 count and slight decrease in levels of RBC, VLDL. So, the systems that were mostly affected due to ART therapy were found to be hepatic and renal systems along with significant alterations in the lipid profile. In order to slow down the deterioration process, drug use must be optimized along with the periodic monitoring of the systems.
