The whole book is divided into two major parts. The first part of Reading Classics collects 19 classic works related to behavioral medicine, allowing everyone to understand the emerging discipline of behavioral medicine and the subtle relationship between behavior, disease, and health. The second part, Asking Famous Doctors, introduces various common behavioral problems in daily life, including stress events, depression and mania, anorexia and gluttony, anxiety and compulsion, and their impact on the body and mind; Special behaviors of diseases in different age groups, such as senile dementia and menopausal behavior; Sexual behaviors that are closely related to people in daily life but rarely discussed. This book comprehensively and from multiple perspectives introduces the causal relationship between behavior, disease, and health. It aims to understand the occurrence of diseases from behavior and treat them by correcting behavior, providing readers with a new understanding of the relationship between behavior, disease, and health.
