Common low-back pain is a chronic, recurrent and sometimes incapacitating condition with multiple repercussions, not only physical but also psychological, familial and socio-professional. Our aim was to compare the effectiveness of conventional rehabilitation alone with that associated with education in the neurophysiology of pain in the management of chronic low-back pain patients.Combining pain neurophysiology education with conventional rehabilitation appears to be more effective in the management of chronic low-back pain patients.
