This book of poetry was written during a very difficult time in the Author's life and the poems are real, raw and unedited. Dealing with the after effects of physical and emotional trauma have inspired Jessica to share her pain and transformation. Jessica had no intention of publishing this private work, however, she feels that it will help others to heal also. Jessica want others to know that it is possible to heal through writing and share it with others. Her hope is that you will resonate with her words and know that you are not alone. If you are struggling and suffering, there is help available and it's okay to NOT be okay. Your Mental Health Matters and there is always sun after a storm.
