This book exhibits how spirituality reaches nature reality. Practice spirituality is the foundation of all practices. Spiritual practice is involved in daily activities. Spiritual practice is to grow awareness how one's consciousness and behaviors are following the rule of nature. The nature here refers to spiritual nature. This book contains three sections. First is to identify that the spiritual nature is the basic of spiritual practice. What is the spiritual nature? How does it differ from human nature? the spiritual nature is the basic of all practice. How does the Great Tao measure the spirituality nature? What is the saying that the universal standard assessment of spirituality is nature? Second section is to discuss the spirituality studies from different divisions. What do the spirituality theories differ among Buddhism, Taoism, and confucianism? What is the spiritual evolution in Chinese philosophy? How is spirituality progressed and publicized? The third section is to understand the reality of nature. What are philosophers' concepts of nature? What is the concept of nature in Neo-confucianism? Spirituality is spiritual reality. The practice of light is to bring the essence of nature into spiritual reality. The heart of Tao is nature.
劉江坤，生於1951年，管理學碩士。生平熱衷於佛學、道學的研究，2004年始加入靈學的探討，成為「衡山天眼靈力研究會」研究學員之一，歷經十多年親身體驗靈魂光能量修練的生命大解密，現將一些研修心得編寫成書分享給有緣人。

Chiang Kuen Liu, also known as Richard Liu, was born in 1951. He earned a Master Degree in Management. He devoted himself to Buddhism and Taoism in his early life. He then advanced his spiritual study and pressed on the exploration of leading-edge parapsychology in 2004. He became one of the academic researchers of the Hengshan Clairvoyance Spiritual Power Research Society. With over 10 years of personal practice on decoding spiritual energy, Chiang Kuen has unveiled the mystery of life by presenting six volumes of spiritual practice wisdom to share with people who come across the path.
