Parte II: Sviluppo Professionale e Gestione del Contesto

Si affrontano le competenze trasversali (soft skills) come l'empatia, il lavoro di squadra e la gestione del conflitto, riconoscendo la loro importanza per la sicurezza del paziente e il benessere professionale. Viene analizzato il concetto di mentoring professionale, un processo di supporto a lungo termine che aiuta il neo-laureato a superare lo shock della realtà e l'infermiere esperto a orientarsi nella carriera.
