Historia de TobÃas es una tragicomedia histórico-legendaria de Félix Lope de Vega. Se inspira en un pasaje de la Biblia, el autor la escribió probablemente alrededor de 1609 y se publicó en 1621.
La persecución del pueblo judÃo por sus enemigos es la médula misma de la intriga, a la que deberán enfrentarse el patriarca TobÃas. La persecución nace del odio de un tirano, en este caso el rey Senaquerib de Asiria, que decreta el exterminio de todos los judÃos.
